Ramadan is going to be over very soon. Please repeat these words which have been mentioned in sahih bukhari in other books as well from the prophet (saw) that these words are very heavy on the scales on the day of judgment, the very light on the tongue and then make the Ar-Rahman, the most merciful one very happy.
– سبحان الله و بحمده – Subhaan-Allahi wa bihamdihi [Allaah is free from imperfection and all praise is due to Him]
– سبحان الله العظيم – Subhaan-Allahil-Azhim [Allaah is free from imperfection, The Greatest]
Say these words again And again in these last days of Ramadan and gain as much reward as you can.
Allah warns us about that wealth and Allah says solve the matter, sort it out with Justice and don’t cheat or deceive anyone, also don’t unnecessarily delay. Any of these things would actually cause a huge disaster in your home.
Allah mentions all the laws of inheritance in great detail in Surat An-Nisa, which is a Surah that is named after the women.
Allah says give them their wealth and don’t cheat them. Don’t eat their wealth.
If you want goodness, you need to ask yourself; am I doing something wrong? If you’re in a crisis, if you have a major issue in your life, the first question you need to ask yourself always is am I on the right page in my relationship with Allah? If not, what am I doing wrong? Have I harmed someone? Have I oppressed someone? Have I wronged someone? Did I steal someone’s wealth, primarily the orphans and the widows?
Those are categories of people who are taken care of by Allah subhanahu wa’ta’ala Himself. Make sure that you have not consumed Hell Fire in your belly.
If you have done wrong, my brothers and sisters, no matter whom you are. This is the time to resolve your matters of inheritance between you your family members, your children, your nephews, and nieces, your brothers, your uncles and aunts, your parents and whoever else it may be the Widow, the orphans.
If you want the mercy of Allah make sure that you’ve given the dues to whom they belong to.
To leave your home with the intention of seeking or spreading knowledge is the most noble Pursuits, that we find in the Sunnah of the Prophet salallahu alihi wasalam.
Hadith that as a person goes out seeking knowledge the inhabitants of the heavens and the Earth all seek forgiveness for that person whether it is the angels in the heavens or the fish in the sea, each one of them seeks forgiveness for that person as they go out seeking and spreading knowledge.
Seeking or spreading knowledge is a means of connecting you to the people because your relationship with them is benefiting them and even the environments because ibn rajab (rah) commented on that, what would cause the fish in the sea to seek forgiveness for that person is that a person of knowledge thinks about the rights of everything on them and And so they treat even their environment with care.
go for the blessing of having the Angels lower their wings for you and having all of these creations seek forgiveness for you at the top of them those highest Angels sending their peace and blessings upon you showing their approval and their humility to the person who is learning becoming more humble and being beneficial to everything around.
Allah subhanahu wa’ta’ala tells us of a powerful supplication that was made by the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him and his companions during a time that was really really difficult.
حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ
Hasbunallahu Wa Ni’mal Wakeel
Allah (Alone) is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us).” –Surah Al ‘Imran (3:173)
So with that concern and the difficult situation they made A supplication that extinguished all their fears and worries and Allah subhanahu wa’ta’ala sent help and assistance such that they were victorious over the enemy.
In Surat al-imran Allah speaks of these powerful words actually converted a difficult situation into comfort and actually converted a difficult situation into comfort and ease.
Keep saying Hasbunallahu wa Ni’mal Wakeel Allah is sufficient for us. There is nothing that we have control of but rather it is Allah who has control of it and gives us to a certain extent. in any situation remember Allah is sufficient for us and he is the best disposer of our Affairs. He knows best.
What will help us and how we will achieve the Comfort in our times of Crisis and this is why Allah says actually when you lay your trust in Allah correctly, you begin to understand the plot of the devil.
when I hear people say bad things about me or about Islam and I hear really nasty abusive words slander, whatever else it may be. I’m going to be very patient. Number one. number two is I’m going to improve myself further to become a better person with my relationship with Allah subhanahu wa’ta’ala and in that way it will definitely help me.
Remember Allah upon all conditions; keep your tongue moist in the remembrance of Allah.
We are going through challenging times and we will still go through many different types of challenges. If one is resolved, another one will come. Allah says, that’s the whole reason why We created you, challenge after challenge. So, ponder and reflect over the greatness of Allah to overcome difficulties in life.
It is a great Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad Peace Be upon him, stand up in prayer At night and make sure that you have earned the pleasure of Allah subhanahu wa’ta’ala during Ramadan.
When you get up for the pre-dawn meal that moment is the same moment of tahajjud. The pre-fajr prayer is known as tahajjud. It is so blessed.Because Allah subhanahu wa’ta’ala calls out saying who is Seeking forgiveness that I can forgive them, who is repenting that I can accept it and who is asking me anything so that I can give them.
Unfortunately, we have the devil. He makes us commit a sin at the beginning then when we’ve then when we’ve turned to Allah, he makes us doubt the mercy of Allah on the other hand.
We need to realize yes, we will tackle the devil from the beginning and we will make sure that once we’ve come back to the right page in our relationship with Allah, We won’t allow him to make us falter by thinking that we have not been forgiven.
So there is a crisis in the mind. Allah Comforts Us in Surah al-e-imran by telling us who the people who will earn Paradise are.
Allah says If you seek the Forgiveness of Allah and you’ve changed your ways and habits, then Paradise was actually created for people like you, subhanallah.
You are not going to be judged by your past. Not in the eyes of Allah, your past is exactly that it’s your past, forget about it. Put it behind your back.
The beauty of Islam you don’t need to ever confess those sins to anyone, nobody. When you sought forgiveness from Allah It was wiped out even the angels were made to forget it. So don’t ever talk about it
Paradise lies between sabr and shukr, remember that between the two; thankfulness, gratitude is on one hand and patience is on the other.
When we get up in the morning, we must ensure that we are fresh and ready to face the day bearing in mind that we are fasting. If anyone were to swear us or to abuse us to say something hurtful, don’t swear them back and don’t abuse them back.
Learn to smile at your loved ones, learn to smile at those around you and those you interact with.
Allah tells us about how the Expressions on your face could actually serve as a charity and you would earn a great reward for these Expressions. You have a good expression on your face, say kind words, good words ,empowering words, don’t hurt people’s feelings in the month of Ramadan.
At times we are called to judge in a dispute where cause to pass judgment on something that’s unfolding before our eyes.
Always stay upon Justice and that is a quality and trait that you were rarely find even amongst righteous people.
The prophet Muhammed (saw) said when a person is asked to Judge and they judge righteously, the prophet (saw) said no person is asked to judge and they’re reluctant to do so because they fear doing wrong by someone except that Allah Subhan Allah sends an angel and Allah SubhanAllah, guides them a right, guides them to the truth.
so when you are called to a dispute to judge between two people you could either play the role of the shaitaan/ you could play the role of the devil and perpetuate things and make them worse and be unfair or you can play the role of the truth and make sure that you establish justice to the best of your ability and Allah would send a special Angel to assist you in doing so.
We are human beings, we sin. We falter and at times we transgress knowingly and the times unknowingly. May Allah subhanahu wa’ta’ala forgive us. So well, but Allah subhanahu wa’ta’ala tells us there is a race. You must make haste.
It is the race of achieving Comfort during that type of a crisis. The crisis is sinful Behavior, the sins and the comfort is the race.
Allah says We want you to race to make haste towards two things. Number one; the forgiveness of Allah, number two the paradise.
There are four conditions to wipe out sins including recurring ones. The same four conditions would actually make you sinless and spotless once again; and again and again and it is endless.
What are the four conditions of seeking forgiveness? Number one: admit your sin to yourself between you and Allah, number two: regret it. That’s also between you and Allah, number three: seek forgiveness. That’s also between you and Allah, number four: promise not to do it again, that’s also between you and Allah.
Allah has already said those who develop the correct relationship with me and they are the ones who spend during days of ease and during times of hardship.
The racing towards forgiveness and Paradise that is prepared for those who are conscious of Allah that race includes spending but together with that you need to extinguish your anger.
The prophet peace be upon Him says a powerful person is not he who can out wrestle others; a powerful person is the one who can extinguish his anger when he’s angry, subhanallah. Can you do? Well, then you achieve a lot of comfort. You protect yourself from many crises.
And Part of developing your relationship with Allah and earning paradise and winning the race is to forgive people, learn to forgive others.
During your tough days, Allah subhanahu wa’ta’ala says We will never test a soul with more than it can shoulder. Don’t give up, don’t ever give up. Keep going.
well if I’m in an abusive marriage, I need to keep going even though I’m beaten up and even though I’m…. no, no, no; remember, if you’re in an abusive marriage, you need to ask yourself. How bad is it? If it is really bad, do something about it.
If someone is beating you up you have to do something about it. You can end that marriage, you may. It’s not a sign of patience to allow your body to be harmed, your mind to be harmed, your sanity and your mental health to be harmed and everything Else to be harmed. It’s not a sign of patience that is actually being foolish.
Don’t give up on life, don’t kill yourself and don’t ever contemplate suicide because that’s the worst thing you could ever think of. Allah is merciful. Don’t ever allow yourself To think about ending your life. It’s never as bad as that.
