The Prophet (saw) explains that when you wake up in the morning you have angels that have shifts and so we talked about the two angels that guard you, the two angels that record, those angels shift out at Fajr and Asr time
The prophet (Saw) said to be sincere and moderates in your good deeds. Do your best, aim for Perfection.
The prophet (saw) gave us the best of times if we make use of those times, we can get ahead and that’s when the angels are gathered around us as they’re switching shifts and they find us in a state of dhikr and a state of remembrance.
The way that you start off your morning with fajr with recitation and even you know, getting a head start on your day in terms of your halal worldly Pursuits.
So using that early morning time to remember Allah as the angels that work your morning and night shift are together and then beginning your own work shift earlier than everyone else allows you to get ahead.
There are so many different things at the prophet (saw) mentioned that we should do at night and they do involve the Angels.
By making wudu, just by reciting Ayatul Kursi You have an angel that stands guard for you. You have an angel that seeks forgiveness for you throughout the night; you end your night well.
So if you died that night on the dhikir, then you return to Allah subhanaka in the state of remembrance as opposed to an estate of whatever it is that you were doing before you went to sleep.
And if you wake up in the morning you wake up already oriented towards Allah subhanahu wa’ta’ala, ready to cling back to those things that you went to sleep with so that you can continue your direction and your pursuit of Him.
Hadith on Wudu: Angels supplicate for those who sleep with ablution
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever retired for the night in a state of purity, an angel will reside with him in his bed. He will not awaken for an hour in the night but that the angel says: O Allah, forgive this servant of yours, for he retired in a state of purity.”
The prophet salallahu alaihe wasalam talked about suhoor. when you wake up in the morning and you have your meal before fajr, suhoor (pre-fasting meal) the prophet (saw) said that look don’t abandon that suhoor, don’t abandon that moment Even if you’re just going to drink a sip of water because the Angels pray upon the one who eats suhoor or takes that suhoor whether it’s through water or dates or whatever it may be.
The prophet (saw) said that when you’re about to commit a sin if you’re reminded of Allah, don’t ignore your conscience, don’t ignore your taqwa, and don’t ignore those thoughts about stop right then and there.
The prophet (Saw) talks about a very unique way that we interact with these angels that are on our right and our left.
The prophet (saw) said a person first commits a sin Allah commands the angel on the left to hold his pen for six hours. There is a time where Allah (swt) says hold off.
Good deeds Wipeout sins that Allah subhanahu wa’ta’ala has always left the door of repentance open to you.
Allah subhanahu wa’ta’ala says that every single person has a guardian angel in front of them and behind them that Protect them from the decree of Allah subhanahu wa’ta’ala.
Every single human being has only one shaitan (devil) on assigned to them and four Angels assigned to them. Two angels that protect you and two angels that record on. The only time, the only time that they step aside is when Allah (Swt) decrees…
There are numerous narrations about simple people in society that had very simple duas that People might have mocked or found to be very rudimentary, but they were actually very special, right, and they spoke to the beauty of the hearts of those whose tongues would Express those simple forms of dua .
Islam is not an elitist religion. Islam is accessible to the Bedouin and it’s accessible to the king. It’s accessible to people across their socioeconomic status, because we all supplicate the same God, we all have the same mechanism for supplicating that one God.
No one has a shorter ladder to him, right? It’s just there, Allahumma oh Allah! and once you say oh Allah then all of us are in the same plane when we say o Allah O My Lord, right, and just call upon him in that way.

Syed Ul Istighfar / the chief of seeking forgiveness
A lot of people don’t know about which is that the prophet (saw) had sent the people home for Taraweeh in a very interesting Hadith, two narrations in fact.
This Ramadan in particular while there are some Fatwahs that are coming out about praying Taraweeh behind a screen, the vast majority of scholars would not approve of such a thing and I would caution and very …in particular to say that when we are in a temporary time of need we should not do things that could alter our trajectory permanently.
Be a person of contentment, be a person who is satisfied with what Allah subhanaw Taala has chose for him/ chose for her.
The prophet (saw) said being rich and prosperous and wealthy is not about having a lot of money, a lot of material possessions. No, he said being prosperous is when your heart is content that is when you are rich, when your heart is content. Allahu Akbar,..
As a traveler how many extras do you want to be carrying on your back, lightest will be quickest on the Day of Judgment.
Truly Victory belongs to the Believers. True success in this world is closely connected to your success in the Hereafter.
The hadith says that the best of speech is the speech of Allah. The best of words are the words of Allah; connect yourself to the words of Allah.
I promise you if you were to make an effort with the word of Allah, Allah will come closer to you more than you can imagine.
The prophet (saw) said that Allah is shy, when his servants raise his hands in dua/ supplication to let them come down empty without being answered. Allah (swt) Allah subhanaw Taala is shy and generous so that when a servant raises His hands to the sky, there’s no way that Allah (swt) would let those hands come down from the heavens empty and rejected.
Here’s transliteration to help with pronunciation of the dua,
Allahumma anta rabbi la ilaha illa anta, khalaqtani wa-ana ‘abduk, wa-ana ‘ala ‘ahdika wawa‘dika mas-tata‘t, a‘oothu bika min sharri ma sana‘t, aboo-o laka bini‘matika ‘alay, wa-aboo-o bithanbee, faghfir lee fa-innahu la yaghfiru-thunaba illa ant
O Allah, You are my Lord, none has the right to be worshipped except You, You created me and I am Your servant and I abide to Your covenant and promise as best I can, I take refuge in You from the evil of which I have committed. I acknowledge Your favour upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for verily none can forgive sin except You.
[Bukhaari 7/150]
You were put there for a reason. That is an opportunity for me to benefit from and I could have easily overlooked you, the same way that that woman could have easily overlooked that dog.
Often you cannot understand someone Else’s vulnerability unless you’ve been vulnerable in the same way; Even if it’s to a lesser extent.
The woman that was thirsty saw that that dog was thirsty for the same water; imam Malik Deenar (rah) saw that that young man was thirsty for the water of guidance. The way that he wants was thirsty for the water of guidance.
Whether Allah puts a bad neighbor in your life or Allah (swt) puts, you know an animal in your life that surrounds you or a Coke can and Street anything right? What are these opportunities of repentance? That Allah subhanahu wa’ta’ala keeps on putting in your way, Right?
