Casualty of prohibited wealth in the life of a believer is your heart, the same way that certain foods are damaging to the physical heart.
There is a ‘raan’ / stain on their hearts because of what they used to do. So what happens as a result of such a covering?
Well, you fail to enjoy the sweetness of Islam. And you ask in desperation, what’s wrong with me?
And had your heart, had the ability to speak, it would say to you, to your prohibited wealth that’s suffocating me, to your money that’s suffocating me.
Allah Almighty knows that which is happening, that which happened, that which will happen, that’s the knowledge of Allah. But beyond that, that which will not happen, If it were to happen, how it would have happened is the knowledge of Allah.
Without the help of Allah, there’s never going to be any form of comforts. Allah alone will comfort you for your loss.
The Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) shed tears when Ibrahim, his son, passed away. So when the Sahaba / Companions (ra) and whom saw the tears, they questioned, what is this, subhanallah, as though you are not supposed to cry?
So it was quickly clarified these tears are not a sign of questioning Allah. These tears are not a sign of disagreeing with Allah. They are not a sign of being upset at Allah’s decrees (Qada’) and destiny (Qadr) but rather, these tears are a sign of the mercy that Allah puts in the hearts of those who are merciful to a degree.
Cry when you have to, cry when you need to, to cry when it’s about to come, when you hold back sometimes it’s not as good a feel as when you allow those tears to roll, allow those tears to roll. Allah created tear glands, and Allah gave them a purpose. And Allah allows them to be release when certain emotions happen to be up and down, it’s a human mechanism of coping.
Try to learn about Islam. Understand Islam. Make yourself better, representative of Islam. Practice Islam so that the people by through your actions and your etiquettes and your attitudes and your manners and your behaviors, they will be more interested in Islam.
Our lives may be limited. Do we know when you’re going to die? We don’t.
But we want to continue the legacy through you, In sha Allah, continue and help the people who haven’t seen the light.
Try your best to learn and to impart this knowledge to people so people can at least accept Islam and not go into hellfire.
People might say, well, when do I recognize the sign of Istikhara?
Have you tried your best? Yes. You have. You’ve tried to explain? You’ve tried to explain? Yes. You’ve tried to talk? Yes. You’ve tried to say whatever? Yes.
Is nobody convinced? Is there no movement this way? No. In fact, the movement is the other way.
well, then close the door and move on.
It is recommended to talk to someone you’re intending to get married to, to communicate with them. Don’t hide behind holiness and religion to say, I’m not going to communicate at all.
Let’s face another reality. The problem with us is we develop a haram relationship and donate our hearts free of charge to this charity known as a boyfriend or a girlfriend. And we’ve given them the heart and the soul before we’ve involved the first family member. So we were blinded to all their faults.
And then we come up and want to impose it on everyone and say, you know what? I’m going to marry this jackal from down the road.
Don’t make mistakes. Don’t donate your heart before involving your folks.
I tell you what, the kids of those who have had decent marriages, may Allah make all of us from among them. You see it in the children. You see when children witness the love and affection between parents, the time you spend to look at each other and smile and say good words and words of love and romance, wallahi, it empowers them.
Perhaps the gap between the sins is actually made longer, which is a sign of improvement. But the day you think you’re not clean enough to pray to Allah is the day the devil, Shaitan, has convinced you that you’re not even worth it. That was his plan.
Don’t allow that day to come. Remember to turn to Allah. Don’t give up. Never give up. You navigate through your difficulties just like we all do. They may be bigger, but Allah has given you the strength to go through it.
We love Allah so much that we should be concerned about earning His anger or doing something that would spoil the relationship between us and Allah.
Whenever we have faltered, whenever we have done something wrong, because we are human beings, Allah Almighty has favored us with one of His greatest favors, and that is the acceptance of repentance of a worshiper.
If Allah forgives you, even if you have nothing on earth, you have succeeded.
And if Allah has not forgiven you, even if you have everything on earth, you have failed.
It is possible that a person can go to paradise because of a sin and go to the hellfire because of good deeds.
It is possible that a person, he commits a sin and he feels so bad about he feels so guilty about it that he decides to take a U turn in his life.
He repents to Allah and makes a solid determination to change his lifestyle such that he starts to do good deeds. And he continues that pursuit until he breathed his last breath and entered paradise.
And it’s also true that person that the good deeds ends up in hellfire because when they do great deeds, they start to think highly of the souls. Because when they do great deeds, they start to think highly of the souls. They become conceited. And then that leads to pride in the heart. And Allah does not like pride.
And eventually they start to turn away from Allah, both inwardly and outwardly, until they breathe their last breath and let end up in Jahannam.
If something bad earns you a sin, the opposite of it, when it’s good, will earn you a reward.
I’ll give you an example, the hadith of the Prophet (pbuh), he says, you know, when you fulfill your base desire in a halal way, you get a reward; reward of a charity.
