The prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam he treated his family with utmost respect, goodness and kindness. remember those words – Mufti Menk
In this short video clip #MuftiMenk tells that the time of #tahajjud (#nightprayer) is the most blessed time of the night. So say tahajjud prayer and dhikr Allah (remembrance of Allah) by reading the Quran at time for seeking help from Allah (swt).
“When you put your head on the ground in sujood for the sake of Allah, you are actually the closest you could ever be to Allah”.- Mufti Menk
In response to emails regarding not performing #salah on time because of #makeup #MuftiMenk said that when you get too attached to something and it is coming between you and Allah and your heart is beginning to love it so much that it’s now getting between you and Allah you know what? Cut it, cut it….
“Don’t waste so much money on that which is the pressure of the world; be yourself, Islam teaches you to love what Allah has made you with to love your appearance to love what Allah has given you. You don’t need to hide your identity so much”. – Mufti Menk
To speak about how to resolve #problems in #relationship #MuftiMenk brings forward some points like selecting spouse before marriage, communication and the aim of husband and wife is the pleasure of Allah with view to achieving jannatul ferdous, automatically minimise the problems in relationship to understand the value of spouse.
“Religious blackmail to come up with something to tell their spouse well if you don’t do this you know Allah is gonna punish you and Allah is gonna do this and so when we talk of bringing Allah in the equation let’s be fair, let’s be very fair; you want Allah in the equation, Allah must be in the equation for both of us and we must be able to develop a relationship with Allah such that we realize who is this person and what is this relationship” – Mufti Menk
Why and how to package #salah (prayer) in the most beautiful way with best #tips were mentioned in this clip.
“We don’t need to wait for punishment to come down before we change for the sake of Allah, learn to read your salatal isha, learn to read your salatal-fajr on time with pleasure; with pleasure would distinguish between those who are fulfilling Salah because they have to do it and those who are fulfilling it because they want to do it” #MuftiMenk
Highlighting contemporary issues some important points to achieve #barakah (Allah’s blessings) for settling down and success together with each other with view to building a long-term relationship in #marriage are reminded.
“The more difficult we make marriage the less Barakah there will be in our lives.if you want Barakah in your life have a simple wedding where Allah and His Rasul (ﷺ) are the main focus”. #MuftiMenk
Be careful the way you use your
mouths with your wives, be careful. #Hijab is to lower your gaze, to dress with
clothing that is not tight. It’s your
(#muslimmale) duty you cannot show limbs and organs thinking, hey I’m a man, no
no no; make sure you are dressed. With loose clothing and make sure that the
material is good and so on. It’s not just for the women. In fact, when Allah speaks of lowering the
gaze and hijab, he speaks about the men first in Surat an Nur, tell the believing
males first to lower their gazes and to protect their private parts.
#MuftiMenk urges to make a change
now, go back to allah and ask Allah subhana allah talas goodness, has the time
not come for your hearts to soften, come on you gotta say yes, yeah Allah, my
heart; the time has come, my hearts are softened and Alhamdulillah I turn to
you yeah Aallah, he mentioned the following the verse from the Quran.
“Has the time not come for those who have believed that their hearts should become humbly submissive at the remembrance of Allah and what has come down of the truth? And let them not be like those who were given the Scripture before, and a long period passed over them, so their hearts hardened; and many of them are defiantly disobedient”. (Surah al-Hadid 57:16) We are human, we do falter, we do fall but at the same time turn back to Allah, He is merciful. He will forgive you but don’t plan to commit the sin again.
#Materialismis taking over very fast. People really are following the latest of everything. we are drowning with that; cut it, that’s a sign of the anger of Allah .if that wealth came with the #arrogance of karun, it is a punishment and if it came with the obedience of Suleiman (as) it is actually the mercy of Allah. Be happy with what Allah has given you.
“Don’t rush behind that when you get too attached to something and it is coming between you and Allah and your heart is beginning to love it so much that it’s now getting between you and Allah , cut it. – #MuftiMenk
