The best way to break off the Cycle of Stress, Anxiety and Misery | The Shadows Of Worries | Shaykh Omar Suleiman

if you think about the beauty of the simple words Allah is greater than your worries, Allah is greater than your grief, Allah is greater than your obstacles, Allah is is greater than your ease, Allah is greater than all of those things and the way that we say that every single time not just when we start our prayers, but every motion that we make in prayer. We remind ourselves Allah Akbar God is great.

And we constantly say that throughout the day what that does is instead of the shadow of the concern and the challenge that lies ahead, it minimizes the Shadow and it causes you to focus on the enormity of Allah is all-encompassing greatness.

The obstacle that’s ahead of you while it may be an obstacle doesn’t need to be given a shadow focus on the size of that obstacle. as big as you think the obstacle, is remember Allah llahu Akbar, God is greater than that obstacle. – Shaykh Omar Suleiman

How To Connect All Of The Names Of Allah In Dua / Supplication | Shaykh Omar Suleiman

How do I call upon Allah subhanahu wa’ta’ala using His entire name’s in my supplication? so that I’m connecting to Allah from all of these different angles because at the end of the day to bring all of the 99 back together in our hearts in our minds and our thoughts, on our tongues is to completely overwhelm ourselves right with the contemplation of Allah who Is and how we connect with Him.

‘And to Allah belong all the best names, so call Him by them’ -Quran 7:180. How do I start to bring about all of the names of Allah into my supplication?

If we had a proper understanding of the name names of Allah, then the issues of faith that have been made primary will be rendered secondary. They’ll be turned into peripheral issues because you have such a trust in a faith in the name of Allah subhanahu wa’ta’ala in the names of Allah and the attributes of Allah subhanawTaala. – Shaykh Omar Suleiman
