Are You Feeling The Pain For The Masjid Al-Aqsa! Mohammed Ali | Speakers Corner

Allah (swt) says in the Quran: Verily, the believers are Brothers.

If your brother in Islam is being harmed, if your mother is being harmed, your sister is being harmed, If your child is being harmed, would you stay silent? You wouldn’t stay silent, would you?

Our brothers and sisters in Islam are being harassed by these cowards of the occupation forces.

Allah (swt) says in the Quran; What s wrong with you? Why are you not standing in the way of Allah against those who are oppressing women, children?……

Then Allah (swt) says those who believe stand in the way of Allah and those who disbelieve stand in the way of the devil.

We should spread awareness about this. We should support their own brothers and sisters. If you see anyone talking about this, share it, like it, let other people know.

Now, where are these hypocrites of the media? Whenever a Muslim does something, You hear them speaking about it, now we don’t hear him speaking about what’s happening in Palestine.

The prophet (pbuh) said the true believers are like one body; If a part of the body gets hurt, the rest of the body feels the pain. Are you feeling the pain?

The prophet Muhammed (pbuh) said, None of you will be a true believer unless he loves for his brother while he loves for himself.

You love security for yourself, don’t you? You love to pray in the mosque in peace. You love to eat your meal in iftar, You love to sit down in your house without a bomb coming in your head, don’t you? You love to do that.

So why you don’t love it for your other brothers and sisters as well?

This is an issue of Aqidah / Creed. This is our mosque; Masjid Al-Aqsa. This is not an issue of just Muslims being prosecuted. But it’s also an issue of Creed. Who doesn’t defend Masjid Al-Aqsa today, he will not defend Makkah If something happens. He will not defend Medina, If something happens, there today today, we can see who are the true believers for who are the false believers.

Did You Know These About Laylatul Qadr| Mufti Menk

At any given time, Ramadan or out of Ramadan, a believer chooses to be in the right place and always asks Allah to guide him or her to be in the right place at the right time.

Then this evening as the Sun set, we entered into one of the odd nights from among the last 10 nights of Ramadan. Did you know that laylatul qadr could be any night of Ramadan to start with, from the beginning to the end?

But there is a greater likelihood that it is one of the last 10 nights any one of them. So we’re taught take every night seriously, the dua if I were to ask you that would be most loved by Allah on Laylatul Qadr:

o Allah, you love to forgive. You are forgiving, you love to forgive. So forgive me.

Don’t ever let the night pass without having sought the forgiveness of Allah.

Your life is Transforming is changing. You’re feeling like a rejuvenated person. That’s Laylatul Qadr.

So remember that it’s the mercy of Allah, and not only this night, all of the 10 nights of Ramadan.

What Make Laylatul Qadr Meaningless! Barrier To Your Accepted Dua | Shaykh Omar Suleiman

We know the Hadith of the Messenger (pbuh) that a person comes on the Day of Judgment and they have their prayer. They have their fasting, they have their siam. But the point is, despite all of that, you cursed this person. You backbited this person. You slandered this person, you hit this person, and you denigrated this person.

So respecting Rights of Fellow Humans (Huqooq ul Ibad) the people that you hurt line up and they take your good deeds until you have nothing left. Laylatul Qadr  is better than 1,000 months. 50,000 months of good deeds gone because of the people that you hurt with this.

It’s a warning from the prophet (pbuh); the barriers to our good deeds being accepted or being profitable on the Day of Judgment.

As we’re getting into the last 10, we need to make tawbah from those things that might take away everything from the last 10; your good deeds going to waste because you’re not reforming your akhlaq, you’re not reforming your manners. And so if you want your Ibadat to be accepted, you have to reform your akhlaq.

If you want your Act of worship to be accepted, you have to reform your manners. Laylatul Qadr is the night of Decree. So you want something to happen in the next year? That’s your night. That’s the night that your next year is going to be decreed in the next 10 nights. Your next year is going to be written down.

When you messed up, turn back to Allah and put in the place of your sin a good deed.

The insistences on poor manners make our Ibadat meaningless. You’re insisting on your ways and then you’re insisting Allah answer your supplications. It doesn’t work that way with Allah (swt), and on what basis are you going to be responded to?

Ramadan resolutions mean difficult, difficult, difficult sacrifices. Remove the means that are causing you to constantly fall in the sins over and over and over again. every one of us has to look deep, deep, deep, deep, deep. Because when you show Allah (swt) that you’re going to insist on these ways and you’re not willing to make those sacrifices, which are the barrier between you and your supplication.

Let’s hold ourselves accountable and Let’s make some difficult sacrifices. And that’s how you get your duas answered.

The Special Dua For Laylatul Qadr During The Last Ten Nights Of Ramadan

The last ten nights of Ramadan are filled with Barakah and opportunities to draw near to Allah . Within these final days, Muslims seek that one night that is better than a thousand months, Laylatul-Qadr.

Allah subḥānahu wa ta’āla (glorified and exalted be He) says in the Qur’an: The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months. The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter. Peace it is until the emergence of dawn. [Qur’an: 97:3-5]

The blessed Laylatul Qadr can be found in any of the last 10 nights of Ramadan, which are the most blessed nights of the year. As such, we should increase our worship and devotion during this period.

Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, said:

I asked the Messenger of Allah: ‘O Messenger of Allah, if I know what night is the night of Qadr, what should I say during it?’ He said: ‘Say: O Allah, You are pardoning and You love to pardon, so pardon me.’ ”

(Ahmad, Ibn Majah, and Tirmidhi).

Let’s us learn and memorise the dua

The Medicine That Prophet Muhammed (ﷺ) Gave In A Woman’s Dream | Shaykh Ali Hammuda

The famous scholar of Hadith, Al-Hakim al-Nishapuri (Rah), a well documented story of an illness that he battled against for months on end,  He was afflicted with Blister that he tried to treat for around a year using an array of techniques, and it wasn’t with any success.

And on one Friday he requested imam Abu Uthman (Rah) only to make a Dua for him in front of the congregation during the sermon so that Allah may purify him, give him relief. He made a dua for Al-Hakim (rah)  on the pulpit.

The week after, a woman handed over a letter mentioning that she was present during last week’s sermon and how her heart was broken to hear about what Al-Hakim (Rah) was experiencing. So she says in the letter that she went home and she made dua for him. and she saw prophet Muhammed (pbuh) in her dream that evening, who said to her, tell Al-Hakim to provide water for the Muslims.

The narration says that it was only a week that passed after this incident, before the Blisters began to clear from his face, they totally disappeared. His face returned to how it was before, and he lived for many years after it as well.

Because this is a medicine, Sadaqah with water, specifically that most medics they don’t prescribe to the ill, charity, generally  speaking, and at times with water.

The effects of Sadaqah in repelling all types of calamities are extraordinary Even if the giver of the charity is a sinner or an oppressor or a person of no faith, kaffer.

These spiritual remedies can do what the tangible remedies fail to do at times. And he said, Nobody reject this except those who have been severely covered from understanding.

So Sadaqah repels calamities, it eases pains, it diverts misery. It yields an inner sense of expanse that cannot be quantified.

The messenger (pbuh) was the most generous of people. And he was the most generous in the month of Ramadan.

One Of The Most Blessed Times When Allah Calls You Out To Make Dua | Mufti Menk

Ramadan is going by so quickly. Has your life changed? Have you taken this month seriously yet before you know it, it’s going to come to an end. And this may just be the lastRamadan that you and I are witnessing.

So the primary aim is to achieve God consciousness, to achieve Taqwa and to achieve the forgiveness of Allah (swt).

One of the most blessed times that you could actually call out to Allah is the time of  suhoor. That is the time, the last third of the night, the time of Tahajjud, the time just before the fajr adhan is called and at this particular time the Hadith says, Allah Almighty descends to the lowest heavens in a manner that is befitting His Majesty. And He calls out when the last third of the night remains. He calls out saying, Is there anyone seeking forgiveness that I may forgive him? Is there anyone who is repenting that I can accept the repentance? And is there anyone asking Me anything that I can give them?

Call out to Allah with your needs because Allah is calling out at that time. Answer Allah to say yes. I am the one who needs. I am the one who’s repenting. I am the one who’s seeking forgiveness.

And together with that, the second thing is it is the time of Tahajjud which is the best prayer after the fajr prayer and the Witr.

If you were to look at what you can do to earn the pleasure of Allah, He mentions in the Quran in surah Sajdah, Allah speaks of those men and those people who liven up their beddings at night, they call out to Allah with hope and with fear, fearing His punishment and hoping in His mercy. And they spend a lot from what Allah has given them.

Every night is a night where Allah writes the names of those who are granted freedom from Hellfire. At least one of these nights, my name should be on there.

Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas’ud:

We did not know what we should say when we sat during prayer. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was taught (by Allah). He then narrated the tradition to the same effect. Sharik reported from Jami’, from AbuWa’il on the authority of Abdullah ibn Mas’ud something similar.

He said: He used to teach us also some other words, but he did not teach them as he taught us the tashahhud: O Allah, join our hearts, mend our social relationship, guide us to the path of peace, bring us from darkness to light, save us from obscenities, outward or inward, and bless our ears, our eyes, our hearts, our wives, our children, and relent toward us; Thou art the Relenting, the Merciful. And make us grateful for Thy blessing and make us praise it while accepting it and give it to us in full.

Allah Says Stay Far Away From Intoxicants & Do 3 Things To Handle False Accusations | Mufti Menk

If you look across the globe, the people engaging in that which is prohibited Islamically have increased. And I’m speaking about the Muslims. So if you look at, for example, intoxicants, people are actually consuming and partaking of that which Allah has prohibited; you and I know that anything that intoxicates your mind is actually prohibited.

The prophet (pbuh) says that which intoxicates you, if you were to consume a lot of it, then even a little of it, is prohibited.

So Islam has strict rules. My brothers and sisters, Let’s not drop because others have dropped. Don’t do it. Whether the whole world is doing it or not does not change its ruling.

Allah dangles things in front of us to test our relationship with Him. Allah says He does that in order to distinguish between those who are conscious of Him without anyone looking.

Islam is very strong when it comes to intoxicants and that which is displeasing to Allah.

Don’t talk about others. Don’t involve negatively in the lives of others. Make dua for them. Remind them if you can, Subhanallah, deal with it positively. But Allah says, Watch out for yourself. You be concerned about your own weakness and your own bad.

When you and I are faced with people accusing us, with people saying bad things about us, with people falsely saying things about us and it’s really hurting and it’s really painful.

What should you do?

Three good reminders; declare the greatness of Allah, Do the Tasbeeh (to glorify) of Allah. Praise Allah, Remember Allah and prostrate a lot, Pray a lot. Put your head on the ground for Allah a lot. You will find the comfort you’re looking for. Pray a lot. Allah will protect you.

Then Allah says, the third thing is, continue to worship Allah until death comes to you, you and you will see how Allah will open your doors. you and you will see how Allah will open your doors.

Sometimes we tend to incur evil statements by something we did ourselves about us. You swear someone’s mother, he swears your mother.

That’s why the Prophet (pbuh) says, cursed is the one who swears his own father. So he was asked, how can a man swear his own father? So he says that he swears the father and the mother of another so that person swears his father or mother as a result. So Let’s not curse each other. Let’s not swear each other.

Which Adhkar Should I Prioritize! Istighfar Or Tasbeeh | Shaykh Omar Suleiman

When you’re talking about the aspect of Dhikr, Sometimes when you read about the virtues of one statement of dhikr, you would think that that’s the only dhikr that you should be saying, you would say I

Should be doing nothing but saying astaghfirullah all the time.

The Hadith where the Prophet (pbuh) is receiving advice from Ibrahim (a.s) about the seeds of the

Soil of Paradise. Subanallah Alhamdulillah Allah Akbar.

It’s every single chapter you find these Adhkars, and you say they’re amazing on which one should I prioritize? And then you find statements from the pious predecessors, and all of this is an introduction

to the question, by the way, statements of the pious predecessors like Fazle and Ibn Taymiyyah

(Rah); when they were asked about prioritizing: seeking forgiveness or glorifying Allah/ Istighfar over Tasbeeh.

And the example that they gave was that if you have a garment and it is stained, then you don’t

Embellish the garment before cleaning the stain. So istighfar cleans the stain, Tasbeeh, saying Subhanallah or the buttons on the garment, Are the embellishments on the garment, and so they prioritized istighfar over Tasbeeh, but they never neglected Tasbeeh.

Where does that leave us in Ramadan? Where as imam Az Zuhri (Rah) Narrates one Subanallah in

Ramadan is a thousand times, subhanAllah, outside of Ramadan, This month in which the mercy from Allah is descending upon us constantly.

The best form of Remembrance is Quran, and the best way to read the Quran is in prayer. so the best dhikr is the dhikr that coincides with the Prophet (pbuh)’s dhikr that is diversified, that your heart is most present in. the best dhikr outside of Ramadan is the best dhikr inside of Ramadan, meaning the reward for your morning Remembrance and evening Remembrance in Ramadan is even greater than what it

Would be outside of Ramadan.

The Prophet (pbuh) would not pause the morning of adhkar and the evening of adhkar, the things

he would say in the morning and the things he would say in the evening after asr, because Ramadan came around. And that is the best time to learn the habits of those things. And that is the best time to

learn the habits of those things.

The sunnah that the prophet (pbuh) would not forget to pray outside of Ramadan or inside of Ramadan.

The theme of Ramadan that throughout the month of Ramadan, the prize of Ramadan is asking Allah to forgive you.

As you are changing your ways and turning your page with Allah (swt) let the core of your your

dua, Oh Allah! forgive me.
