Surah ‘Abasa (Allah says on that day man will be in such a big problem that he will be prepared to give as ransom his own family members but don’t punish me), surah Al-Infitar (Allah says o man what has deceived you against your own maker that you’ve turned away from him), Al Mutaffifin ( remind us of those who cheat in business, Allah says do those people not think that they are going to be resurrected on a huge day and answerable for what they’ve done?), Surah Ad-Dhuha (this surah has in it comfort to Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and to those who perhaps may be saddened for some reasons), Surah AL SHARH or AL INSHIRAH (with every difficulty there is ease and with the same difficulty there is another point of ease). Surah At-Tin (Allah says I have created man in the best posture), Surah Al-Alaq (read, read now that is an instruction given to Mohammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam), surah Al-Fil (Allah will defend whatever belongs to him subhanAllah), and Surah Al-Falaq and An-Naas (Allah subhanahuwa’ta’ala makes mention of verses of protection of mankind from the devil, from the jinn, from the evil human beings, from jealousy and from the evil that might affect man in the darkness of the night, etc)

In the Episode Number 2 of “Supplications From Revelation” series (SFR) of #Ramadan2018 with English subtitle #MuftiMenk explains why the words of SURAH AL-FATIHA are very powerful and is the most important #dua or #supplication in existence. Then He makes of the dua by Prophet Adam (A.S) which is the proper way of asking Allah’s forgiveness to wipe out our committed sins.
The dua which Allah taught Prophet Adam (A.S) for asking forgiveness is given in the following:
رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
Rabbana thalamna anfusana wain lam taghfir lana watarhamna lanakoonanna mina alkhasireena
“Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If You forgive us not, and bestow not upon us Your Mercy, we shall certainly be of the losers.”

رَبِّ اِنِّىۡۤ اَعُوۡذُ بِكَ اَنۡ اَسۡـئَلَكَ مَا لَـيۡسَ لِىۡ بِهٖ عِلۡمٌؕ وَاِلَّا تَغۡفِرۡ لِىۡ وَتَرۡحَمۡنِىۡۤ اَكُنۡ مِّنَ الۡخٰسِرِيۡنَ
Rrabbi inneee ‘a`oo-Zu bika an as−alaka maa laysa lee bihee ilmun Wa−illaa taghfir lee wa tarHamnee ‘akum minal khaasireen.
Nuh said: “O my Lord! I seek refuge with You from asking You that of which I have no knowledge. And unless You forgive me and have mercy on me, I would indeed be one of the losers.”

Duas From prophet Abraham /Ibrahim (as)
Dua Number :2
رَبَّنَا ٱغْفِرْ لِى وَلِوَٰلِدَىَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ ٱلْحِسَابُ
Rabbanagh fir lee wa liwaalidaiya wa lilmu’mineena Yawma yaqoomul hisaab
“O our Lord! cover (us) with Thy Forgiveness – me, my parents, and (all) Believers, on the Day that the Reckoning will be established
(14:41)
Dua Number 3:
وَٱلَّذِىٓ أَطْمَعُ أَن يَغْفِرَ لِى خَطِيٓـَٔتِى يَوْمَ ٱلدِّينِ
Wallazeee atma’u ai yaghfira lee khateee’ atee Yawmad Deen
And who I aspire that He will forgive me my sin on the Day of Recompense.”
(26:82)
Dua number 4
وَأَرِنَا مَنَاسِكَنَا وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَا إِنَّكَ أَنتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ
waarina manasikana watub AAalayna innaka anta alttawwabu alrraheemu
And show us our ways of worship and turn to us. Indeed You! [You] (are) the Oft-returning, the Most Merciful.
(2:128)
Dua Number 5 From prophet Moses/ Musa (as)
قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّى ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِى
Qaala Rabbi innee zalamtu nafsee faghfir lee
“O my Lord! I have indeed wronged my soul! Do Thou then forgive me!”
(28:16)
Dua Number 6
رَبِّ ٱغْفِرْ لِى وَلِأَخِى وَأَدْخِلْنَا فِى رَحْمَتِكَ ۖ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ ٱلرَّٰحِمِينَ
Rabbighfirlee wa li akhee wa adkhilnaa fee rahmatika wa Anta arhamur raahimeen
“Musa (Moses) said: “O my Lord! Forgive me and my brother, and admit us into Your Mercy, for you are the Most Merciful of those who show mercy.”

Dua Number 7 From Prophet solomon / suleiman (as)
قَالَ رَبِّ ٱغْفِرْ لِى وَهَبْ لِى مُلْكًا لَّا يَنۢبَغِى لِأَحَدٍ مِّنۢ بَعْدِىٓ ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلْوَهَّابُ
Qaala Rabbigh fir lee wa hab lee mulkal laa yambaghee li ahadim mim ba’de inaka Antal Wahhab
“O my Lord! Forgive me, and grant me a kingdom which, (it may be), suits not another after me: for Thou art the Grantor of Bounties (without measure)
