Cut Out Bribery To Build Up A Nation

#MuftiMenk mentions that stealing and pinching that crumbles society. If you want to build a nation you have to cut out stealing and one of the ways of stealing and pinching unfortunately is #corruption through #bribery.

Mufti Menk Quotes in this clip, “what’s the point of having a thousand dollars when that thousand needs to go on medical bills whereas another person has two hundred dollars but he’s happy, sitting at home, he spent, he’s got a little bit of change, etc. It’s called barakah (blessings) and that’s why the happiest people are never ever the richest people go and check they are not happy. if any nation or any individual would love to see growth truly in themselves if their lives in that particular nation; one thing you have to eradicate is bribery.”

Seeing Dream After Istikhara??? | Mufti Menk

Istikhara means seeking the guidance of Allah subhanahu wata’ala in a certain matter what do. We say at the end of that supplication; we say oh Allah if You know that this is not good for me, it’s not good for my deen, it’s not good for my faith, for my present, and for my future then keep it away from me; create a barrier between that and myself.

The prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam says, “The affairs of a true believer are amazing because when goodness comes in his or her direction, he or she is thankful. It’s better for him / her and when difficulty and hardship comes in his or her direction he or she bears patience that is better”,

Surah ‘Abasa (Allah says on that day man will be in such a big problem that he will be prepared to give as ransom his own family members but don’t punish me), surah Al-Infitar (Allah says o man what has deceived you against your own maker that you’ve turned away from him), Al Mutaffifin ( remind us of those who cheat in business, Allah says do those people not think that they are going to be resurrected on a huge day and answerable for what they’ve done?), Surah Ad-Dhuha (this surah has in it comfort to Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and to those who perhaps may be saddened for some reasons), Surah AL SHARH or AL INSHIRAH (with every difficulty there is ease and with the same difficulty there is another point of ease). Important Issues While Making Dua (Supplication) In A Correct Way

This is a very important lecture given by #MuftiMenk on How Allah Fulfil Our Needs by calling Out To Allah as we are in desperate need of Allah. Mufti Menk highlights different aspects of #dua (#supplication or #invocation or #prayer) like how, when, what the prerequisite conditions are, mistake while making duas, what types of duas should be done, etc by mentioning accepted duas by the prophets (may Allah be peace with them) of Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala.

Mufti Menk quotes in this lecture “Dua is the core and the essence of worship from Hadith. Because when you are making dua to Allah then you are asking Allah for something acknowledging He has, ya Allah give me sustenance, sustain me, grant me barakah in my sustenance by saying that you are automatically worshiping Allah by acknowledging He controls Baraka (blessings) and He controls your sustenance and mine”

Spiritual Purification Of The Heart | Powerful One

#MuftiMenk starts off by speaking about an organ (#heart) within the body that has no bone in fact it is very complicated it is filled with muscle it is filled with blood and it is considered a piece of flesh as per a hadith of Nauman Bin Bashir (ra) in sahih Muslim and highlights how to purify heart in light of the teachings of the prophet Muhmmed sallallahu alaihi wasallam.

Mufti Menk quotes in this lecture “when I think I want to contribute to my nation let me not be corrupt, let me be the proper leader, let me be the proper citizen, let me be the proper contributor that is when I will be able to resolve the matters of the nation, SubhanAllah. A nation will never be successful when the buck is passed on to the other each one, pointing at the other blaming the other for the problem that will never ever resolve the matter; the matter is resolved when we all take it upon ourselves.”

Be Happy With The Given Favours Of Allah (Swt)

#MuftiMenk makes mentions of what is important for us is to focus on what we have; to focus on what Allah Subhanahu WA Ta’ala has bestowed upon us and to focus on those who have less than us in this way we will definitely be able to thank Allah Subhanahu WA Ta’ala for whatever He has given us.

Mufti Menk Quotes in this lecture “We can focus on what we have; focus on what you do have; you have got a lot more than all the others who were considered powerful, they were considered Kings that was the height of luxury at the time we have it and we even have more. We should thank Allah for and let’s never take any of the gifts Allah has bestowed upon us for granted”.-

Nobody built refugee camps for them nobody told them we will put tents in the corner there, they came to people who only shared La Ilaha Illallah Muhammadur Rasulullah. They came to people who they did not know before that but the Prophet peace be upon him told them each one of you take into your house; one family they become brothers and you become part of the same family.”
