(3 times) It is narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet(pbuh) said: “Whosoever says at nightfall,no harm shall affect him.” [Saheeh Muslim]
بِسْمِ اللهِ الَّذِي لا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيءٌ فِي الأَرْضِ وَلا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيْعُ العَلِيْمُ. “Bismillahi alladhi la yadurru ma’ ismihi shai’un fil-ardi wa-laa fil-samaa’i wa huwa al-Samee’u al-‘Aleem” Remove and Protect from Evil of Everything “In the Name of Allah, with Whose Name nothing on the earth or in the heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.”
MuftiMenk and #OmarSuleiman brings forward an important Issue that love one another for the sake of Allah, love one another for the sake of Allah subhanahu wata’ala it is part of our #Ummah it is part of our belief that’s why the prophet (saw) says none of you are considered true believers until you love for your brother what you love for yourself subhanAllah that is a difficult one, very difficult one. Omar Suleiman mentions a very significant #dua that #ProphetMuhammed (saw) told us to study and memorise it when he was addressing to help who are helpless including refugees from #Syria#Rohingyafrom#Burma, etc. The dua is giving in the following
Transliteration: Allaahumma ‘innee as’aluka fi’lal-khayraat wa tarkal-munkaraat wa hubbal-masaakeen wa an taghfara lee wa tarhamanee wa ithaa aradta fitnata qawmin fatawaffanee ghayra maftoon, wa as’aluka hubbaka wa hubba man yuhibbuka wa hubba ‘amalin yuqarribunee ilaa hubbik Translation:O Allaah, I ask You to grant me the performance of good deeds, abandonment of bad ones, and love of the poor; and (I ask You) that You forgive me and have mercy upon me; and if You intend to try a people, cause me to die without being tested; and I ask You for Your love, and the love of those who love you, and the love of actions which draw me closer to Your love.
In this video clip #MuftiMenk reminds us that we have a lot to learn from the #Sahaba radiallahu anhum (the #companions of #Rasulullah sallAllahu alayhi wa salam we need to bear in mind that these companions were chosen by Allah Subhanahu WA Ta’ala. He chose them for many reasons and divinely. He obviously knows that there will be rules and regulations that will be sent down over a period of 23 years and a strong crop of men whose faith is solid are needed in order to set the first example.
The sacrifices of the companions of the prophet Muhammed (saw) inspires us how they were steadfast on the Deen during adverse situation through their two qualities:- Listening and Obeying Immediately and we should follow a path to tread upon especially when we’ve seen that they are successful so the most successful of all the #Muslimeen from the #Ummah of Muhammad sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam in the earth and the #hereafter.
#MuftiMenk addresses that we are meant to #love one another for the sake of #Allah in this lecture. Whenever I talk about love for the sake of Allah I need to make sure that it’s not just from my mouth just like when we say “La Ilaha Illallah Muhammadur rasulullah sallAllahu sallam” a lot of us never pause to think about what we’ve just said we don’t pause to think of what we’ve just said. But did you ever realize that it actually means I will never ever render a single act of worship for anyone or to anyone or anything besides Allah because there is nothing and no one worthy of worship besides #Allah and that’s my declaration that’s going to take me to #Jannah it’s the biggest gift that you and I have. The same applies to Muhammadur #rasulullah.
“When we see a Muslim brother or a #Muslim sister , we are supposed to feel a connection in our heart for that person if we don’t there is something wrong with us not with them. #MuftiMenk highlights the difficulties which are being faced to lead a successful conjugal life in Muslim households now-a-days and how to overcome these obstacles in the light of the #Quran And #Sunnah in this lecture.
He says that #Marriage is very important it is something that everyone we’ll go through at one stage or another and He is speaking to you after lots of experience in helping so many people either getting married unfortunately breaking up as well or just through turbulence which is quite normal during marriage.
Mufti Menk mentioned the teachings from the conjugal life of the prophet Muhammed sallallahu alaihi wasallam. He pointed out #Respect, #Assistance and #Trust are extremely important to build a happy and contentment marriage with #character and #conduct inside and outside the home how we talk to people as well.
#MuftiMenk addresses that if a woman has to die while giving birth or during #pregnancy she is granted the rank of Martyr in the path no man can compete only the women can. So, today when we look at these women who are old and have given birth to so many children, we must look at them as the mothers of believers who have contributed positively to the #ummah of Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam.
#sheikhTawfiqueChowdhury highlights how a #mother can impact to help to memorize the holy Quran for her baby while in mother’s womb. He adds that the more #righteous of #parents become the more Allah will look after their children from the incident of the #Quran.
#MuftiMenk highlights that the #mercy of #Allah is so merciful that He is addressing oh My #worshippers if Allah was not #merciful He would call the sinful people, I will forgive you no matter what you have done, for indeed I am most #forgiving most merciful this is the mercy of Allah;oh my worshippers never lose hope in the mercy of Allah, He will forgive all your sins in this video.
Allah says follow the best of that which has been revealed before punishment overtakes you in such a way that you don’t even realize that this was the punishment of Allah and that it will come and it came.
#MuftiMenk highlights that #sincerity of #intention, sincerity of intention is one of the first and prime qualities. He advised to #Muslimah (muslim sisters) regarding five things which are very important to keep fixing aim to Allah (swt) by the span of life and not get deceived by seeing other luxury lives which is for a little period of time.

MuftiMenk reminds us that our time on Earth is very limited in this lecture with English subtitle during his tour in Sierra Leone 2017. The prophet Muhammed told that the average life span of the members of my Ummah is between 60 and 70 years but there is no guarantee that we will live up to 60 or 70 years.so who is the winner; the winner is not the one who lives for many years on earth nor is the winner the one who doesn’t live much in this troubled earth; the winner is the one who passes away in a condition that Allah is pleased with him /her. Allah says to us that don’t die except in the condition of submission unto Allah and the one who seeks #forgiveness from a sin is equivalent to he or she who has not committed the sin.
In the end, Mufti Menk mentions that Allah will continue to help a #worshipper for as long as that worshipper continues to help another.
