In the episode Number 24 of “Supplications From Revelation” (SFR) #Ramadan2018 series #MuftiMenk makes mention of some beautiful and amazing duas of the prophet Muhammed (ﷺ) for increasing obedience of Allah (swt) through beautifying conviction to the degree that will lead us to the ultimate goal of paradise of a believer. The Duas/ supplications are given in the following:
* Duas for beautify faith / eman for Allah’s obedience
اللهم حبب إلينا الإيمان وزينه في قلوبنا، و كره إلينا الكفر و الفسوق و العصيان، و اجعلنا من الراشدين
Allahumma habbib ilayna al-imaan wa zayyinhu fee quloobina, wa karrih ilayna al kufr wa al-fusooq wa al-esyaaan, wajalna min al rashideen.
O Allah make Iman beloved to us and beautify it in our hearts, and make us hate Disbelief, immorality, and Sinning and Make us amongst those who are rightly guided.
اللَّهُمَّ اقْسِمْ لَنَا مِنْ خَشْيَتِكَ مَا تَحُولُ بِهِ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ مَعَاصِيكَ، وَمِنْ طَاعَتِكَ مَا تُبَلِّغُنَا بِهِ جَنَّتَكَ، وَمِنَ الْيَقِينِ مَا تُهَوِّنُ بِهِ عَلَيْنَا مَصَائِبَ الدُّنْيَا، اللَّهُمَّ مَتِّعْنَا بِأَسْمَاعِنَا، وَأَبْصَارِنَا، وَقُوَّاتِنَا مَا أَحْيَيْتَنَا، وَاجْعَلْهُ الْوَارِثَ مِنَّا، وَاجْعَلْ ثَأْرَنَا عَلَى مَنْ ظَلَمَنَا، وَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى مَنْ عَادَانَا، وَلَا تَجْعَلْ مُصِيبَتَنَا فِي دِينِنَا، وَلَا تَجْعَلِ الدُّنْيَا أَكْبَرَ هَمِّنَا، وَلَا مَبْلَغَ عِلْمِنَا، وَلَا تُسَلِّطْ عَلَيْنَا مَنْ لَا يَرْحَمُنَا
Allaahum-maqsim lanaa min khashyatika maa tahoolu bihi bainanaa wa baina ma’aaseek, wa min taa’atika maa tuballighunaa bihi jannatak, wa minal-yaqeeni ma tuhawwinu bihi ‘alainaa masaa-‘ibad-dunya.Allaahumma matti’naa bi ‘asmaa’inaa, wa absaarinaa, wa quwwaatinaa maa ahyaytanaa, waj’alhul-waaritha minnaa, waj’al thaa’rana ‘ala man zalamanaa, wansurnaa ‘alaa man ‘aadaana, wa laa taj’al museebatanaa fee deeninaa, wa laa taj’alid-dunyaa akbara hamminaa, wa laa mablagha ‘ilminaa, wa laa tusallit ‘alainaa man-laa yarhamunaa.
O Allah, apportion to us such fear as should serve as a barrier between us and acts of disobedience; and such obedience as will take us to Your Jannah; and such as will make easy for us to bear in the calamities of this world.
O Allah! let us enjoy our hearing, our sight and our power as long as You keep us alive and make our heirs from our own offspring, and make our revenge restricted to those who oppress us, and support us against those who are hostile to us, Let no misfortune afflict our Deen; let not worldly affairs be our principal concern, or the ultimate limit of our knowledge, and let not those rule over us who do not show mercy to us
