So if something negative happens say- الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ Alhamdulillah ‘alaa kuli haal I praise Allah all conditions and أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ النَّارِ a’udhu bika min ‘adhabin-nar only i seek Allah’s protection from the condition of those who are in the fire the people of the fire.
